Prior to completing a booking request, view the property's 'Availability Diary' at the bottom of the page. Look to see if your required dates are available.

This is a great 3rd floor 3 bedroom apartment for people wanting a nice, clean place to stay. There're plenty of restaurants, cafe/bars and shops close by. And it's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, promenade, town centre and attractions, such as the Naval Museum and Multi-Screen Cinema. There are good road and rail links to Durham, Middlesbrough, Newcastle. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
Layout:
The sitting room has french doors leading out onto a balcony which overlooks the West Quay Marina and Royal Naval Museum. The Kitchen is fully fitted and again has great views out over the Marina, bars and restaurants. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs so you can sit out on warm evenings.

When you arrive | Access to the building | Keys:
The apartment building uses a smart lock which is unlocked wirelessly by the host. On arrival at the main door, contact your host (Scarlett) on 07449 315365 where she will unlock the door for you. The keys (main door & apartment) are in a lock box next to your apartment door. You'll be sent the 4 digit code via a text message 24hrs prior to check-in.

Directions
Motor Vehicle: On entering the town of Hartlepool. Follow the signs for Hartlepool Marina or The National Museum of The Royal Navy. Then follow directions for Hartlepool Yacht Club on Fleet Avenue. On the approach to the Yacht Club take the first left. Merchant House will be in front of you. There are two doors in the building, use the right hand door 'NamePlate 9-16'. Your parking space is signposted 'Private Parking with the address' in front of the building.
Bus/Train and then by foot: From Hartlepool's main bus/train station (taxi rank) turn left onto Church Street. Walk to the bottom of the street and over the railway crossing. Walk to the end of the road and then towards the West Quay Pub (in front of you). You will be able to see the quay and apartment buildings to your right. Walk along the front of the buildings next to the quayside (Merchant House entrance is to the rear). Take the second path, walk up and behind the apartment buildings. Walk through the car parks. On your left should be Pilot House > Merchant House. Use the second entrance 'NamePlate 9-16' (about 15 minutes walk).
The road and rail links to other areas of the region are very good. There are major road links and a national rail link (Grand Central) to the capital. The apartment is within walking distance (10-15 min) from the main bus terminal and National Railway Station.
Access to the apartment is via the main stairwell. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. You will have to walk up and down stairs to access the apartment.
The price includes basic servicing at the end of your stay: There is a hoover, sweeping brush, dustpan, ironing board, mop and bucket, etc... should you require them. The iron is in the same wardrobe as the hair dryer. New washing-up sponges and liquid can be found alongside the cleaning sprays and cloths underneath the sink.
At the end of your stay:
Checkout is by 10AM please leave the apartment as you received it.
• Place all used bedding and towels in the bathroom.
• Remove all food stuff from the fridge/freezer and cupboards.
• Remove all rubbish. The bin area is opposite the building.
• Replace crockery and utensils to their respective drawers or cupboards.
• Do not leave anything in the dishwasher or on the drainer.
• Close any open windows.
