The house is located in Drakes Park residential area of Seaton Carew. The beach, promanade and local amenities are about a 5 minute walk away. The main superstores (Tesco, Asda) are about a 5 minute drive.

The kitchen boasts the usual facilities and appliances and is prepared for 7 people. There is a main cooker (Electric), hob (Gas), micro-wave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. There is also tea and coffee available. The room is very spacious with a large table and 4 chairs.

Is good size house for people wanting a nice, clean place to stay. It's within 5 minute walking distance of the beach. There're plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by. There are good road and rail links to Durham, Middlesbrough, Newcastle. The house has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

You have booked the entire house. The sitting room has french doors that lead into the garden. The Kitchen is fully equiped.
You have access to the full house. The main reception area (hall way) leads off into the sitting room, dinning room, kitchen, cloakroom and double garage. Upstairs; there are 4 bedrooms 3x double and 1x single. Bathroom, 1x on-suite and 1x Jack & Jill on-suite. The garden area has a table and chairs so you can sit out on warm evenings.

Checkout time 10AM (late checkout 12AM is available with prior agreement. Fee £10)
The road and rail links to other areas of the region are very good. There are major road links and a national rail link (Grand Central) to the capital. The house is a 10 minute taxi ride from the main bus terminal and National Railway Station.
The price includes basic cleaning at the end of your stay: There is a hoover, sweeping brush, dust pan, etc if you need them. The ironing board and iron are in the kitchen. New washing-up sponges, liquid and dishwasher tablet can be found next to the sink. There are cleaning sprays and cloths underneath in the cupboard.
At the end of your stay:
Return all clean crockery/glasswear/utensils back to their respective cupboards/draws, please do not leave items in the dishwasher. Remove all food stuff from the fridge/freezer and cupboards. Any rubbish bags should be tied off and placed in the rubbish bins outside the kitchen door. If you can leave the house as you received it we will be very grateful. Place all used towels in the bath at the end of your stay.
When you leave please lock the door behind you and leave the keys in the lockbox.
NB. If there are any damages, please identify them before you leave as we may be able to fix or replace them.

Directions:
Motor vehicle: Enter the south of Hartlepool via A689 (off the A19). Follow the signs for Hartlepool. At the first roundabout turn right and follow the signs for Seaton Carew and Beach. Continue straight over at the next roundabout and continue until you reach the left turning for Warrior Drive (300-400 mtrs). Follow Warrior Drive until the 3rd turning on the left (about 500 mtrs) Turn left into Harvester Close. Property is the third on the right hand side.
Bus/Train: The taxi rank is outside the main train station.
NB. Seaton Carew has a train station (platform). It's about a 30 minute walk to the property.

Central Heating and Hot Water System:
Both heating and water are fuelled by gas. The boiler is situated in the garage. Hot water is stored in a hot water tank situated on the landing in the airing cupboard. The tank holds enough water for approx. 2 baths or 3 showers. The house thermostat is set at 18° C. The system is pre-set to come on early morning and evening to provide heating and hot water. DO NOT ALTER the PANEL. If you require either at other times there is a panel on the kitchen wall. PRESS the 1 HR BUTTON for heating (radiator symbol) or water (water symbol). The water takes about 20 minutes to re-heat a full tank.
