Advance full payment for your rental is required to secure the reservation. Funds may be split into monthly instalments if term exceeded 2 months.

Short Term: 2–28 Days (full payment prior to the occupancy commencing)

Longer Term: One-Twelve Month. (full payment a minimum of 1 month in advance to the occupancy commencing)

Unless the booking request date is less than 1 month from check-in. Where the initial payment will be made as soon as practicably possible.

Rates

All rates and prices are quoted in GB Pounds and are calculated per night. The rate includes a charge for basic cleaning/servicing at the end of the term
or subject to a ‘Serviced Apartment’ agreement. Where periodic servicing throughout the term is pre-contracted.

Remarks

• Cancellation, early termination or changes are accepted per Waterfront Escapes Policy
• Property availability and prices quoted are subject to availability and revision without prior notice
• End of term basic cleaning/servicing is included in the total price. However if 'ADDITIONAL CLEANING' is required a charge of £45.00 will be requested from the account
• All 'SMOKING' or 'VAPING' is strictly forbidden in any of the properties or public areas. If evidence of smoking is found in any of the properties, £120.00 (GBP) will be requested from the account
• Pet Friendly Accommodation. Small family pets are permitted with prior agreement in writing
